Live feedback on your CV and cover letters. Practice at every stage.
Paste in your CV or cover letter and get feedback in seconds, marked against the method I used to get three offers at 18. Then practise every stage of the process before the real thing, with feedback and a score on every answer.
- CV and cover letter feedback, line by line, tailored to the scheme you’re applying for
- Mock interviews: competency questions, a video interview on camera and a final round
- Timed online tests: numerical, verbal reasoning and situational judgement
- An assessment centre case study, with feedback on your recommendation
CV FEEDBACK · FIX THIS FIRST
“I am a hard working and motivated student looking for an apprenticeship.”
Every applicant says this. Say what you're aiming for, and add one real fact about you. Keep it to two lines.
MOCK INTERVIEW · QUESTION 1 OF 5
★★★★★ 4/5
✓ You said “I suggested”, so I know what you did, not the team.
→ Make the result concrete: how long was the rush, and what did your manager say?
Verbal reasoning · True, False or Cannot say? Correct.

Why listen to me
I had 3 apprenticeship offers at 18.
While everyone around me was filling in UCAS forms, I was choosing between offers. I built Route 18 so you can do the same, without three years of tuition debt.
“She worked with my son throughout his apprenticeship applications and helped him secure four amazing offers: HSBC Corporate Banking, Legal & General Asset Management, EY Business Consulting and Lloyd's of London. The biggest change was his confidence: by the end he was a completely different young man in interviews.”
